We're expanding our dynamic sales team and looking for smart, driven individuals ready to grow with us! 🎯 Job Role & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads and inquiries to promote used car inventory and finance options. Explain car features, pricing, EMI plans, and loan benefits. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable vehicles or finance products. Schedule test drives and follow-up visits for showroom or home demo. Maintain lead data and update CRM on a daily basis. Work closely with the sales and finance team to close deals. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. ✅ Requirements Minimum 1 years of experience in telesales or customer service (automotive/loan background preferred). Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Ability to build rapport and handle customer queries confidently. Knowledge of cars, EMI, loans, or DSA processes is a plus.
