Job Description

As a Telesales Executive, your role involves generating and growing business with existing clients while also developing new business sources by identifying market opportunities. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with both existing and new customers. Collaboration with the team is crucial to effectively work together and meet performance targets. Regular reporting and updates on sales progress will be required. Your duties will also include identifying market opportunities, learning about new products, supporting ongoing projects, negotiating with customers for professional services, and acting as a trusted advisor and influencer in winning customer decisions to buy and adopt products and services offered by the company. Additionally, you will need to identify customer needs, surface new projects aligning with customer business strategies, and assist in documentation and creating sales proposals. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and grow business with existing clients - Develop new business sources by identifying market opportunities - Establish and maintain excellent relationships with existing and new customers - Work effectively as a team to meet performance targets - Provide regular reporting and updates on sales progress - Identify market opportunities and support ongoing projects - Negotiate with customers for professional services - Act as a trusted advisor and influencer in winning customer decisions - Identify customer needs and surface new projects aligning with customer business strategies - Assist in documentation and creating sales proposals Qualifications Required: - Degree or 1 year of experience in sales and account management - Knowledge of pre-sales (added advantage) - Proficient in writing and communicating in English - Customer-focused and results-driven - Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills - Multilingual speaking skills will be prioritized - Knowledge in Web Development, Software Development, or Digital Marketing (plus) - Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings - Proven track records of being result-oriented - Freshers are welcome to apply as training will be provided Please note that the above requirements are essential for excelling in this role as a Telesales Executive.,
