Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. You will be the voice of Hindu Ayurvedic, responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, educating them about our products, and converting interest into sales. A deep understanding of wellness, Ayurveda, or a willingness to learn is essential. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers to pitch Hindu Ayurvedic products. Understand customer needs, suggest suitable products, and handle objections effectively. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and industry trends. Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in CRM systems. Coordinate with the marketing and logistics team to ensure smooth order processing. Provide feedback from customers to enhance product development and service. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or telecalling (Ayurveda/wellness/FMCG domain preferred). Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Additional regional languages are a plus. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work with sales targets and performance metrics.
