Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Tele-Counsellor to handle inbound and outbound calls for immigration and overseas education inquiries. The candidate will be responsible for providing accurate information, generating leads, and scheduling follow-ups to convert prospects into clients. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to incoming inquiries related to immigration and overseas education. Explain visa options, eligibility criteria, and services offered by the company. Maintain a strong knowledge of visa processes (PR, study, work permits) for countries such as Canada, UK, Australia, USA, and Europe. Schedule appointments for walk-in or virtual counselling with senior counsellors. Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email communication. Maintain detailed and updated records of all conversations in the CRM system. Meet daily and weekly call targets and conversion goals. Handle queries with professionalism and provide correct information. Coordinate with counsellors, documentation team, and management for smooth workflow.
