Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase sales and revenue.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in telesales or a related field, with a minimum of 6 months in sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
