Position:

Job Role:

Drive the sales process from planning to closure, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
Communicate with customers, make outbound calls, and follow up on potential leads.
Understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.
Handle walk-in sales for residential projects and present project details to customers.
Respond to customer queries and share additional information via email.
Build, manage, and report on the sales pipeline using SFDC CRM.
Coordinate sales activities with internal teams.
Maintain weekly sales and productivity records and present performance updates in meetings.
Build and nurture strong customer and business relationships.
Develop and manage a network of Channel Partners to support sales growth.
Design and implement strategic sales plans that enhance customer base and brand presence.
Demonstrate strong business acumen and industry expertise in real estate.
Coordinate with the sales team for various projects and track client site visits to maximize conversions.
Lead initiatives to achieve walk-in targets, site visits, and overall sales goals.
