We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to the roll of customer service and sales representative. We are looking for a Desktop Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1.5 months of experience in a similar role and should be able to troubleshoot technical problems efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support via chat, email, and calls for desktop-related issues. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems and provide effective solutions. Assist users with installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, printers, and other peripherals. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT support teams. Maintain detailed records of technical issues and solutions provided. Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while maintaining customer satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum Experience : 1.5 months in a similar Desktop Support role. Education: Graduate (bachelor's degree in any discipline). Skills Required: Knowledge of Windows OS, troubleshooting software/hardware issues. Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP Configuration). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple queries efficiently. Benefits: Fixed Weekend Off (Saturday & Sunday).
