📞 Telecalling Executive – Job DescriptionPosition Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, generating leads, and supporting the sales team with effective communication. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services. Handle inbound customer queries politely and efficiently. Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversation. Maintain a database of customer information and call records. Follow up with existing and prospective customers for sales closures. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets assigned by the manager. Build and maintain good customer relationships through professional communication. RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate. Good communication skills in English and local language. Prior experience in telecalling / customer service / telesales is an advantage. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). SkillsStrong verbal communication & listening skills. Persuasive and convincing attitude. Patience, politeness, and confidence on calls.
