Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telemarketing Executives to join our IT company. This role involves calling potential clients, to explain our IT services, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Freshers are most welcome – no prior experience is required, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce IT services.
• Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales/business development team.
• Maintain accurate client information and call records.
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls and emails.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and lead generation.

Requirements:

• Any graduate/undergraduate can apply.
• No prior experience required – freshers are welcome.
• Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Confidence, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google tools).
