  • Job Type: Telecalling / Inside Sales (NRI Segment)
  • Shift & Work Mode: Candidates should work in both shifts.
  • Rotational Shifts
  • Week Off: Tuesday
  • Experience : 1-5 years
  • CTC : 4.5LPA (30K- 35k TH)
  • Job Location : sholinganallur, Chennai
  • interview location : Thiruvanmiyur head office.
  • Walk-in dates : 05/01/26 & 07/01/2026
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle outbound calls to NRI customers for real estate projects
  • Promote Casagrand residential projects to international clients
  • Generate and qualify leads from international markets
  • Schedule site visits / virtual meetings with the sales team
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain lead records in CRM
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets
  • Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in international calling / NRI sales / telemarketing
  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages preferred)
  • Prior experience in real estate telecalling is an added advantage
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts and night shifts
  • Preferred Profile:
  • Candidates with international BPO or overseas calling experience
  • Immediate joiners preferred
