In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our products and services. Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with potential customers and build rapport. Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in Salesforce or other CRM systems. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target markets. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions. Qualifications Proven experience in technology sales or inside sales is preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly. Experience in outbound calling and warm calling techniques is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
