Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer located in Coimbatore. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling appointment scheduling, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and meeting sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication in English & Hindi
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service
• Proven Sales skills and ability to meet sales targets
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related field is a plus
