About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Tele-Marketing Executive to join our team at Zero Mile, Patna. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and building relationships with customers over the phone. This role demands excellent communication skills, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using given lists.

Handle inbound enquiries and follow-ups.

Use scripts to explain product/service features, pricing, benefits.

Identify and understand customer needs; match with offerings.

Persuade / influence customers to purchase or agree to further steps (meetings, appointments).

Meet or exceed daily / weekly / monthly sales targets / KPIs.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, outcomes in CRM/database.

Respond to customer objections and concerns in a professional manner.

Escalate issues / feedback to supervisor or management.

Collaborate closely with the sales & marketing team for lead generation campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

Prior experience in tele-calling / telemarketing / inside sales is a plus (1-2 years preferred). Fresher with good communication skills may also be considered.

Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and good English skills.

Strong persuasive skills. Confidence on phone.

Good listening skills; ability to empathize with customers.

Basic computer skills; familiarity with data entry, MS Office, CRM tools.

Resilience and ability to handle rejection.

Self-motivated, target/ result oriented.
