Job description and responsibilities

• Lead generation: Calling potential customers and following up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
• Client communication: Answering incoming customer calls and explaining the company's interior design services.
• Client interaction: Understanding client requirements, maintaining records of interactions and feedback, and coordinating with the design and operations teams.
• Appointment scheduling: Setting up appointments for on-site visits or virtual consultations.
• Target achievement: Working towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Qualifications and skills

• Communication skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, often requiring good English proficiency.
• Experience: Prior experience in sales or telecalling is often preferred, particularly in fields like real estate, interior design, or events.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,013.74 per month
