Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer, located in Lucknow. The Telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, handling customer inquiries, and closing sales deals. The role requires maintaining an organized database of contacts and following up with leads to ensure successful client acquisition.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Sales
• Customer Service skills and ability to handle client inquiries
• Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a telemarketing or sales role is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferable
