Telemarketer

The Telemarketer position is a full-time role based in Gorakhpur. As a Telemarketer, your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential clients, scheduling appointments, and providing detailed information about our products and services. You will be expected to engage with prospective customers, manage customer databases, and collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve set targets. Your role will also involve handling customer inquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with previous experience in customer service and sales. Proficiency in appointment scheduling, the ability to meet sales targets, and effectively handle rejections are essential for success in this position. While a high school diploma or equivalent is required, a degree in Marketing or a related field would be advantageous. Additionally, familiarity with MS Office applications, a strong work ethic, and the capacity to work independently are key attributes we are looking for in potential candidates. The working hours for this role are from 11 AM to 5 PM, with two days off per week to provide the necessary time flexibility required for the job.,
