Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telemarketer located in the Greater Kolkata Area, with some work from home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, making outbound calls to potential clients, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. The Telemarketer will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and achieving sales targets.

• Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
