Telecom Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for Telecom IT Professionals with strong expertise in telecom network design, documentation, and GIS-based tools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with industry-standard telecom software and the ability to support planning, design, and operational activities for telecom infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on telecom network planning, design, and documentation using specialized tools
• Create, update, and manage network designs and layouts
• Perform data analysis, validation, and reporting related to telecom networks
• Collaborate with field teams, engineering teams, and project managers
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with telecom standards and project requirements
• Support troubleshooting, optimization, and network documentation tasks

Required Skills & Tools:

• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following tools:
• BST CAD
• IQGEO
• ARAMIS-DT
• NE Tools
• Waldo
• Strong understanding of telecom network concepts (FTTH, fiber, wireless, or transmission preferred)
• Good knowledge of GIS and CAD-based telecom applications
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT, or related field
• 1–5 years of relevant telecom IT experience (flexible based on skill level)
• Experience working with telecom operators or system integrators
• Good communication and coordination skills

Work Location: Bhubaneswar (Candidates must be willing to work on-site)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
