Description
As a Telecom Engineer in Kochi with 5-11 years of experience, your role will involve assisting the Project Manager / Lead Engineer in the smooth running and implementation of various projects related to telecommunication systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing various telecommunication systems such as Radio Communication System, Security System, Navigation Aids, and Wired Communication - Preparing drawings and specifications for equipment procurement - Developing detailed system designs with diagrams and schematics - Selecting appropriate telecom equipment - Creating bulk material listings - Providing input for selected reports, weight, equipment list, and fabrication/installation - Coordinating with other disciplines - Understanding and interpreting requirements from customers and authorities - Clarifying design certification with customers and 3rd party Additionally, you will participate in all engineering phases including feasibility, concept, feed, and detailed engineering. Some minor tasks/areas of responsibility will include participation in customer visits, technical project meetings, and having system knowledge in Radio Communication Systems, Security Systems, Navigation Aids, and Wired Communication. Qualifications and Experience required: - Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or IT - Experience in relevant industries like oil & gas, marine, shipyard, petrochemical, power plant, or renewable - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Team player with a positive and proactive attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English If this role excites you, feel free to share your resume on d.ankit@brunel.net.
