Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Administer and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Microsoft Teams Voice systems.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot voice infrastructure for global operations.
Monitor system performance and ensure uptime across multiple time zones.
Work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve telecom issues promptly.
Maintain documentation for configurations, policies, and operational standards.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with CUCM and Teams Voice administration.
Understanding of VoIP protocols, SIP, and PSTN integration.
Ability to manage telecom systems in a multi-region environment.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Flexibility to work US business hours and additional shifts for India coverage.
