Job Summary:

Telecom Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the

  end-to-end architecture

  for telecom networks (Core, RAN, Transport, IMS, VoIP, OSS/BSS, etc.).
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable and future-ready telecom solutions.
  
• Design

  high-availability, secure, and performant

  telecom infrastructures aligned with regulatory and industry standards.
• Lead

  network transformation initiatives

  including legacy system migrations, virtualization (NFV), SDN, and 5G deployments.
• Define

  technical standards, patterns, roadmaps,

  and architecture governance frameworks.
• Guide vendor evaluations, PoCs, and solution selection for telecom infrastructure and platforms.
  
• Ensure

  interoperability and integration

  between telecom layers and enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, billing, OSS platforms).
• Provide architectural oversight and support to project and delivery teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of telecom protocols:

  SIP, SS7, Diameter, GTP, BGP, OSPF

  , etc.
• Experience with

  cloud-native telecom

  architectures,

  NFV/SDN

  , and containerized network functions (e.g., CNFs on Kubernetes).
• Proven experience working with vendors such as

  Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson, Cisco, Juniper, Amdocs, Netcracker

  , etc.
• Familiarity with industry frameworks:

  TM Forum (eTOM, SID, Open APIs), MEF, ITU, 3GPP standards

  .
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Experience with

  network automation, orchestration

  , and

  CI/CD pipelines

  is a plus.
