About the Role

We’re looking for a Telecom Analyst to support wireline optimization activities by analyzing telecom usage, developing savings recommendations, and delivering accurate reporting to clients. You will work directly with internal teams and customers, ensuring high-quality service and detailed financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze telecom usage reports and develop optimization recommendations
• Reconcile and allocate telecom charges for reporting and financial analysis
• Build and maintain client-facing reports demonstrating savings and opportunities
• Respond to internal inquiries related to rate plan analysis and optimization
• Provide professional customer service to clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Develop and maintain best practices and quality assurance methods

Requirements

• Knowledge of financial analysis
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and with a service-oriented approach
• Reliable, detail-oriented work style, even under time pressure
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Power Query or automation tools is a plus)
• Experience in software, hardware, or telecom industry is a plus
