Job Description

We are hiring 10+ enthusiastic Telecallers who are confident, persuasive, and passionate about communication. Your role will be to reach out to potential customers, explain our products/services, and generate leads or sales. Eligibility Criteria: Gender: Open to all genders Education: 10th Pass or Below Experience: Minimum 6 months in telecalling, BPO, or customer support roles English Requirement: Not mandatory Preferred Candidate Profile:Prior experience as Telecalling Manager, Team Leader – BPO/Voice Process, or Customer Support Executive Strong team management skills and ability to motivate team members Confident communicator with persuasive skills Experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or voice-based customer interaction preferred Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of telecallers to meet performance goals Monitor calls, provide feedback, and ensure quality standards are maintained Train new telecallers and support skill development Track team performance and prepare regular reports Handle escalated calls and resolve customer queries efficiently Ensure lead generation and conversion targets are achieved
