Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of telecallers handling inbound and outbound business calls.
  • Assign daily calling targets and ensure follow-up with clients, retailers, and distributors.
  • Train new telecallers on product knowledge, communication style, and lead handling.
  • Maintain proper call records, follow-up sheets, and inquiry reports.
  • Coordinate with the

    sales and marketing team

    to convert inquiries into business.
  • Ensure smooth communication with customers.
  • Review team performance and report updates to management on a regular basis.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Must be a

    Graduate

    .
  • Minimum 2 years experience

    in

    Telecalling / Customer Service / Sales Coordination / BPO .

  • Should have good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM calling data).
  • Positive attitude, polite on calls, and team-handling skills.
  • Male or Female candidates can apply.
