Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the telecalling team, ensuring efficient call handling and meeting targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance overall productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in BPO voice process or similar industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data reports and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
