Role & Responsibilities Supervise a team of telecallers handling inbound and outbound business calls. Assign daily calling targets and ensure follow-up with clients, retailers, and distributors. Train new telecallers on product knowledge, communication style, and lead handling. Maintain proper call records, follow-up sheets, and inquiry reports. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to convert inquiries into business. Ensure smooth communication with customers. Review team performance and report updates to management on a regular basis. Preferred Candidate Profile Must be a Graduate . Minimum 2 years experience in Telecalling / Customer Service / Sales Coordination / BPO . Should have good communication skills in Hindi and English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM calling data). Positive attitude, polite on calls, and team-handling skills. Male or Female candidates can apply.
