Job Description

Key Responsibilities : - Lead Generation : Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as social media, industry events, and online databases. - Client Outreach : Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce the company's products/services. - Sales Pitches : Assist in creating and delivering compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients. - Relationship Building : Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term business opportunities. - Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business growth. - Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up communications to ensure successful lead conversion and client satisfaction. - Sales Support : Support the business development team with administrative tasks such as preparing proposals, contracts, and reports. - CRM Management : Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions and sales activities using the company's CRM system. - Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding the customer base. - Training : Participate in training sessions to enhance business development skills and product knowledge. Qualifications and Skills : - Education : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field. - Experience : No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided. - Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Persuasiveness : Ability to persuade potential clients and close deals. - Analytical Skills : Good analytical and research skills to understand market trends and client needs. - Organization : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. - Tech Savvy : Proficiency in using computers, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with CRM software. - Attitude : Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
