Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Make outbound calls to students/parents from the leads database and inquiries.
Explain details of courses, batches, fees, and the admission process clearly.
Counsel students/parents to select the right program as per their needs.
Follow up regularly with interested students to ensure admissions.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/report sheets.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission/enrollment targets.
Handle incoming calls and resolve queries related to courses or classes.
Coordinate with the academic and counselling team to ensure smooth admissions.
