Description
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualities: Strict & calm with a higher patience level, disciplined & honest, and motivated to inspire others. They should be able to identify the role of a Tele caller and Counsellor. The candidate should understand the major reasons for saying No and not visiting parents in classes. Listening to calls to trainees, identifying parents" problems, and rejection reasons are key responsibilities. The candidate should practice all negative variation questions with candidates and have a strong follow-up process with students and parents. Keeping records of trainee attendance on a daily basis is crucial. A passion for teamwork and development is essential. The desired candidate should be available immediately and have a minimum of one (1) year experience as a coach and/or trainer in a work environment. Excellent presentation and communication skills are a must. The candidate should be able to work independently or collaboratively, meet tight deadlines, and participate in a teamwork/collaborative style environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Focus on listening to calls and correcting the pitching of trainees. - Identify reasons for non-conversions and lack of visitors. - Prioritize follow-ups and focus on establishing connections rather than selling. - Prepare a list of questions and objections. - Plan in advance for trainees, create timetables, focus on time management, and emphasize KAS skills (knowledge, attitude, skills). Required Documents: - Certificate as proof of age, school leaving certificate, and matriculation/ S.S.C certificate. - Degree certificate awarded by University/Institute for graduate and post-graduate levels. - Mark sheets of SSC, HSC/Intermediate, degree(s), and post-graduation. - Relieving letter and experience certificate from previous and present employers. - Copy of proof of identity and residential address. - Copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card. - Original mark sheet or two months" income as a security deposit for employees. Additional Responsibilities: - Provide human resources-related training and act as a trainer for training development. - Monitor the performance evaluation process and identify employee needs for performance problems, training options, and career development. - Identify training needs and create tailored training materials for the sales team. - Conduct both classroom and on-site training for the sales team. - Maintain a training schedule for all programs. - Manage admissions, closure, and counseling of students. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the related education field is preferred.
