Job Description

As a Telecaller | Counsellor, your role involves listening to calls and correcting the pitching of trainees, identifying reasons for low conversions or lack of visitors, conducting follow-ups, and focusing on building connections rather than just selling by adding value to people's lives. Additionally, you will need to be an advanced planner for trainees, managing their timetable effectively, emphasizing on KAS Skills (Knowledge, Attitude, Skills), and preparing a list of questions and objections. Key Responsibilities: - Listen to calls and correct the pitching of trainees - Identify reasons for low conversions or lack of visitors - Conduct follow-up calls - Focus on building connections and adding value to people's lives - Prepare a list of questions and objections - Plan and manage trainees" timetables effectively - Emphasize on KAS Skills (Knowledge, Attitude, Skills) Qualifications Required: - Minimum of one (1) year experience as a coach and/or trainer in a work environment - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to work independently or collaboratively under tight deadlines - Certificate in proof of age, School Leaving Certificate, Matriculation/ S.S.C Certificate - Degree Certificate awarded by University/Institute for graduate and post-graduate level - Mark Sheet of SSC, HSC/Intermediate, Degree(s), and post-graduation - Relieving letter and experience certificate from previous and present employers - Proof of identity and residential address - Copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card Additional Details: - Provides Human resources-related training and may act as a trainer for training development as needed - Monitors performance evaluation process - Identifies employee needs for performance problems, training options, and career development - Tailor-made training materials for the sales team - Conduct both classroom and on-site training for the sales team - Maintain a training schedule for all programs - Responsible for admissions, closure, and counseling of students - 1-3 years of experience in the related education field is preferred Behavioural Competencies: - Go-getter with excellent negotiating and convincing abilities - Drive for results, Candidate Focus, Integrity, and trust - Passion for hiring the right candidate - Smart and presentable personality Note: Candidates available immediately are highly preferred for this role.,
