Job Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Telecallers to join our outbound process team. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers, promote our client offerings, and convert leads into sales or registrations over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database. Explain products/services clearly and convincingly to customers. Generate interest and encourage customers to take desired actions (e.g., deposits, sign-ups). Maintain follow-up calls to ensure conversions. Update call logs, status reports, and CRM systems accurately. Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Maintain professionalism and adhere to call scripts and company policies. Required Skills:Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and/or English. Confident and clear voice with persuasive skills. Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally. Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on performance. Qualifications:Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in outbound calling, telesales, or BPO preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
