Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our sales/support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle rejections positively. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads or sales Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries Explain products or services in detail and resolve customer doubts Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information Follow up with customers for feedback and future business Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all interactions Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, or regional languages Good listening and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software) Preferred Skills: Knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling Confidence and persuasive skills Multilingual abilities are an advantage
