We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound voice calls, providing support to our clients, and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to follow up with clients, confirm appointments, and gather feedback
Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and patience in every interaction
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; any graduate preferred
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus but not required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
Proficiency with basic computer skills, including using a laptop and internet
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to taking calls
