Role Summary:
Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to support student admissions, enquiries, and marketing activities. Provides information to parents, follows up on enquiries, and supports admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective parents/students and explain school programs
Handle incoming admission enquiries and provide accurate information
Maintain lead records and follow up until closure
Coordinate school visits and admission-related activities
Support marketing campaigns and collect feedback
Prepare call and lead reports
Requirements:
Graduate preferred; 1–3 years experience in telecalling/education counseling
Fluent in English & Tamil; Hindi is an advantage
Strong communication, follow-up, and computer skills
Polite telephone etiquette and positive attitude
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
