Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.Customer Interaction & Communication

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers for promotions, follow-ups, and reminders.
  • Handle inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly tone at all times.

2.Sales Support

  • Promote jewellery collections, new arrivals, offers, and festive schemes.
  • Fix showroom visit appointments for potential customers.
  • Assist the sales team by generating customer leads through telecalling.

3.Customer Relationship Management

  • Update and maintain the customer database (contact details, preferences, purchase history).
  • Follow up with customers for special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, festivals) to build loyalty.
  • Handle customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the manager.

4.Operational & Administrative Tasks

  • Record call details, outcomes, and follow-up requirements.
  • Ensure daily/weekly/monthly call targets are achieved.
  • Submit call reports to the showroom manager.
