Telecalling Executive

Job Title: Telecaller – Personal LoanJob OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our Personal Loan Sales team. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining loan products, checking eligibility, and assisting them throughout the loan process to achieve disbursal targets. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for personal loan leads Explain product details clearly (Loan amount, tenure, interest, EMI) Check basic eligibility as per lender policy (income, bureau, profile) Collect required documents and ensure accurate data entry Follow-up with customers to complete the loan disbursal process Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and conversions in CRM Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets (logins & disbursals) Handle customer queries professionally and build rapport Coordinate with lenders/team for faster approvals Ensure compliance with company and lender policies Skills & PreferencesGood communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred) Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, CRM) Strong convincing & negotiation ability Active listening, patience & customer-handling skills Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude Ability to work fast and accurately in a high-pressure environment Positive mindset and willingness to learn ExperienceFreshers & Experienced candidates both can apply Experience in Personal Loans / Tele-sales / BPO banking process preferred EducationMinimum 12th Pass Graduation preferred Job TypeFull-time | Office-based Working Days: Monday–Saturday Additional Requirements (If applicable)Knowledge of NBFC/Banks policies (MoneyView, Incred, ABFL, Fibe, etc.) Should be punctual and disciplined Should maintain data confidentiality BenefitsAttractive Incentives based on performance Training provided on product knowledge & sales techniques Growth opportunities within the organization
