Job Description – Telecaller (Personal Loan Lead Process)Role Overview: We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers for our Personal Loan Lead Process. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining personal loan products, verifying basic details, and generating qualified leads for disbursal. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database. Explain personal loan products, eligibility, and benefits clearly to customers. Collect and verify customer details (KYC, income, employment, etc.) as per process. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the system. Follow up with customers to ensure lead conversion and smooth process flow. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets of calls, leads, and conversions. Draft and respond to basic customer emails related to loan queries and documentation. Coordinate with team leaders and sales managers for application processing. Requirements:Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream). Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi preferred. Prior experience in telecalling / personal loan process is an advantage (freshers can also apply). Basic knowledge of using computers and emails. Confident, convincing, and customer-friendly attitude. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
