Role Description:
We are hiring 5 Telecalling Executives (Work from Home) who can speak Tamil & English fluently.
As a Telecalling Executive, you will connect with potential learners, explain course details, answer queries, and encourage them to enroll in our IT training programs. Freshers are welcome to apply – complete training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up with inquiries.Explain course details, trainers, fees, and schedules clearly in Tamil & English.Convince and convert students into enrollments.Maintain call logs, follow-up status, and enrollment details in CRM.Build trust and create a positive brand image for Red9SysTech.Handle objections with confidence and provide effective solutions.Meet daily, weekly, and monthly set of calls, demos, and enrollments.Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Freshers can apply (training will be provided).
• Experience (1–2 years) in telecalling/inside sales/customer support is an advantage.
• Must be fluent in Tamil & English (speaking).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Confident, self-driven, and target-oriented.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools is a plus.
• Must have a good internet connection, laptop/desktop, and a quiet workspace (for WFH).
