Job Description

Urgently required : Key Responsibilities1. Outbound CallingCall potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services. Pitch sales, promotions, or offers convincingly. Generate leads and schedule follow-ups or appointments. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. 2. Inbound CallingAnswer incoming calls professionally and handle customer queries. Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies. Redirect calls to the right department if required. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints. 3. Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude while interacting with clients. Build trust and rapport to retain customers. Collect feedback from clients and share it with the management team. Keep records of conversations and update CRM/databases. 4. Documentation & ReportingMaintain proper call logs, lead details, and follow-up status. Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and targets achieved. Share insights with team leaders for process improvement. 5. Sales & Target AchievementPersuade customers to purchase products or services. Upsell or cross-sell where appropriate. Meet or exceed set sales and conversion goals. 6. Team & Process ContributionParticipate in regular training to improve product knowledge and communication skills. Share best practices with the team. Follow company policies, scripts, and compliance requirements.
