We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling incoming inquiries, and converting leads into clients/customers/students based on the nature of the business. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads from the provided database. Answer incoming calls and resolve queries in a professional manner. Explain products or services clearly and persuasively over the phone. Follow up on leads and maintain a strong follow-up system. Maintain daily call records and report progress to the supervisor. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned. Update CRM or Excel sheets with call outcomes. Handle objections calmly and convince customers. Coordinate with the sales/marketing/back-office team when needed. Required Skills:Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Bengali / Other local language]. Confident, polite, and customer-oriented tone. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM tools). Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Active listening and interpersonal skills.
