Job Title: Telecaller (ABHI Renewal Process)Job Summary We are urgently hiring enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers for the ABHI Renewal Process. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone, handling renewal queries, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. LOCATION - BANASHANKARI, BANGALORE ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for renewal and follow-up processes Address and resolve customer queries regarding ABHI renewal Maintain accurate records of interactions and daily call logs Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the organization Attend a 7-day unpaid training session before starting on salary Use provided scripts and adapt communication style as needed Collaborate with the team to ensure process efficiency and target achievement RequirementsMinimum qualification of 2nd PUC Fluent in required languages as per role: Tamil & Kannada: 4 positions Telugu & Kannada: 3 positions Tamil & Telugu: 3 positions Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work 6 days a week with rotational weekly offs Willingness to attend full training program (7 days, unpaid) before starting on salary CompensationGross Salary: ₹18,300 per month Take Home Salary: ₹16,400 per month Salary starts post successful completion of the training period Shift DetailsWorking Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days a week INTERESTED CANDIDATES CAN SHARE THIER CV TO 9353246120 THANK YOU Regards KARTHIK LAKSHMAN THAPA HR Manager KYRA CAREERS
