The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling collections calls and be able to effectively communicate with customers for payment recovery. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups. Handle inbound queries related to loan recovery or banking collections. Maintain records of calls and update the system with payment status. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recovery targets. Follow up persistently with defaulters while maintaining professionalism. Requirements:Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2+ years in Debit Recovery / Banking Collection preferred. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
