Telecalling Executive

KJK Hospital is seeking a dedicated Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. The role focuses on managing outbound and inbound calls, guiding patients, coordinating appointments, and supporting hospital communication initiatives to ensure excellent patient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠ ⁠Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.
• ⁠ ⁠Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, and appointments.
• ⁠ ⁠Assist patients in booking, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments.
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain updated records of patient interactions and follow-ups.
• ⁠ ⁠Support patient engagement campaigns and hospital outreach initiatives.
• ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with other departments to resolve patient queries efficiently.

Qualifications:

• ⁠ ⁠Graduate in any discipline (degree or diploma).
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• ⁠ ⁠Previous experience in telecalling/customer care, preferably in healthcare, is an advantage.
• ⁠ ⁠Basic computer proficiency; ability to work with hospital management systems.
• ⁠ ⁠Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• ⁠ ⁠Candidates from Trivandrum are especially encouraged to apply.
