Staff Nurse – OT (Operating Theatre)

Location: Trivandrum

KJK Hospital, a leading healthcare and fertility centre in Trivandrum, is seeking passionate and dedicated Staff Nurses to join our Operating Theatre (OT) team. If you are looking to start your nursing career in a dynamic and supportive environment, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare patients for surgery and provide preoperative care
Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during operations, including passing instruments and monitoring vital signs
Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the operating room
Ensure all surgical equipment and supplies are ready and properly sterilized
Provide postoperative care and support to patients
Educate patients and their families about post-surgery care
Accurately document all care provided during surgery and recovery
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications:

GNM or BSc Nursing degree from a recognized institution
0–1 year of relevant experience (freshers welcome)
Registered Nurse with a valid license
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure
