Job Summary: We are looking for a Telecaller Executive with at least 1 year of experience and strong communication skills to handle outbound and inbound calls, and maintain good client relationships. The candidate should be confident, persuasive, and able to achieve call targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers to promote products or services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain call records, update CRM, and follow up with leads regularly. Build and maintain good customer relationships. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling / customer support. Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language]. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
