Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecalling Executive, based in Patna. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students and parents, addressing inquiries about educational programs, and providing information about AESL’s offerings. The role involves maintaining accurate call records, resolving queries, and supporting the student enrollment process. The individual will work as part of a dynamic team, contributing to the center’s overall student acquisition targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Communication and Interpersonal skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with potential students and parents.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ability to handle inquiries, resolve doubts, and maintain positive client interactions professionally.
  • Administrative and Organizational skills: Record-keeping proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time efficiently.
  • Sales and Persuasion skills: Knowledge of student acquisition strategies and the ability to influence potential customers to enroll in the programs.
  • Basic Technical proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer operations for managing calls and data.
  • Proficient in English and Hindi; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
