Job Description

We are seeking motivated and customer focused insurance renewal callers.

You will be responsible for reaching out to existing clients to discuss their insurance policies, inform them about the renewal options and ensure a smooth renewal proess. your goal is to enhance customer retention and satisfaction by providing excellent service and timely follow-up

Role & responsibilities

* Contact clients prior to policy renewal dates via phone calls.

* Explain Renewal options and answer customer queries relared to their policies.

* Gather necessary informaton from the clients fo facilitate renewal.

* Promote additional insurance produts and services where appropriate.

* Update customer records accurately in the CRM system.

*Followup with clients who have pending renewals or require furthter assistance.

* Maintain a high level of Professionalism and customer service throughout all the interactions.

* Achieve daily or monthly renewal targets

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills

Basic computer Knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.

Stong organizational and time managerment skills.

Graduation mandatory.
