Herbal Chakra is a fast-growing D2C wellness company with two leading brands:

- Purely Yours – premium Ayurveda-based wellness solutions

- Herby Angel – kids’ wellness & nutrition

We operate through website sales, marketplaces, and a strong tele consultation model supported by expert Ayurveda doctors.

Role Overview

We are seeking customer-focused Telecalling Executives to manage retention orders, refill follow-ups, customer queries, and post-purchase support. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in telecalling or retention roles.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Retention & Refill Management

  • Handle retention call lists for product replenishment cycles.
  • Increase reorder rate by explaining product benefits and doctor recommendations.
  • Book refill orders accurately in Odoo.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

2. Customer Query Handling

  • Resolve product usage, dosage, and general queries.
  • Coordinate with doctor consultation team for medical questions.
  • Handle delivery issues, AWB tracking, damaged/wrong items, refunds, and replacements.

3. Telecalling Operations

  • Make outbound calls to existing customers and follow-up lists.
  • Maintain calling targets and update call notes in Odoo.
  • Schedule callbacks with accurate tagging.

4. Order Booking & CRM Handling (Odoo)

  • Create fresh and repeat orders accurately.
  • Validate customer details and ensure proper tagging.
  • Coordinate with warehouse for fulfillment.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with doctors, tele-sales supervisors, warehouse, and customer experience teams.

6. Retention Metrics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics including conversion %, talk-time, CSAT, and resolution time.

Required Skills & Competencies

Must-Have Skills

  • Minimum 2 years experience in telecalling/retention roles
  • Strong English & Hindi communication
  • Good selling and customer handling skills
  • Experience with CRMs (Odoo preferred)
  • Health/wellness domain knowledge preferred

Education

Minimum: 12th pass; Preferred: Graduate with experience in customer-facing roles.

Compensation
