Role: TelecallerAs a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary responsibility is to call prospects, explain project details, highlight plot features & amenities, and convince them for site visits. supporting the sales team. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided leads. Explain details of available plots, features, and amenities. Convince customers to schedule site visits. Maintain follow-up calls with interested leads. Keep records of customer interactions and update reports. Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures. Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th pass. Freshers & experienced candidates can apply (Real Estate experience is a plus). Good communication skills in Tamil (English/Telugu/Hindi is an advantage). Persuasive personality with ability to handle client objections. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience). Incentives: Starting from ₹10,000 (performance-based, no limit). Training & support provided.
