Telecalling Executive: Female

Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecalling Executive (Female) to join our team in Goregoan (W). The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, converting leads, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
• Handle inbound customer queries and resolve them efficiently.
• Maintain accurate call logs and customer databases.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
• Follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred.
• Minimum HSC/Graduate qualification.
• Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
